UVDTF stickers are extremely durable, colour-fast, chip- and weather-resistant, but they can still wear down or lose adhesion depending on the conditions and circumstances
What are UVDTF stickers?
UV transfer stickers are created using UV DTF (Direct to Film) printing technology. They involve printing a design onto a special film, applying a layer of UV-sensitive adhesive, and then exposing it to ultraviolet light to cure or harden the adhesive. Once cured, these stickers can be transferred to various surfaces, where they adhere strongly and are resistant to fading, scratching, and weathering due to the UV curing process. They are commonly used for branding, personalisation, and decoration on a multitude of surfaces, including those that are typically difficult to print on.
How to apply UVDTF stickers?
Transferring your stickers to a product or surface is easy. Simply peel the backing, place it onto whatever you want, apply pressure by hand or with a squeegee, and finally remove the transfer sheet and you’re ready to go! Check these application tutorials:
